DMAG was commissioned by the Alliance for Financial Inclusion (AFI) to update their previous guideline note, “Mobile Financial Services: Mobile-Enabled Cross-Border Payments”.
The objectives were to broaden the scope from “mobile” to “digital services” or “innovative” cross-border payments to accommodate all financial services provided through digital or other innovative platforms.
